FY24 Community Project Funding (CPF)

This message is to inform potentially interested nonprofits and municipalities in ME-01 that the U.S. House of Representatives’ FY24 Community Project Funding (CPF), or “earmark” process, is now officially underway.

Here is a link to Congresswoman Pingree’s CPF Guide which contains the information you need to prepare a project request, including important updates for those of you who have previously applied for CPF funding. Please note that CPF guidelines differ from the Senate’s CDS guidelines, so please review them carefully.

All information, including the CPF Guide, is available on Congresswoman Pingree’s website here: Community Project Funding | U.S. Representative Chellie Pingree (house.gov). The online submission form is NOT yet on our website, but should be in the next few business days. Additional background and eligibility criteria can be found on the House Appropriations Fiscal Year 2024 Member Request Guidance web page.

Please note: the deadline to submit all application materials is 6 pm on Thursday, March 16th. Our office is happy to answer any technical questions you or your team might have about the program this year; please don’t hesitate to reach out once you have read through the CPF Guide.

Best Regards,

Jeanne Christie (she/her)

District Representative, Congresswoman Chellie Pingree (ME-01)
