Ways to Feature Maine Farm Ingredients at the Show

  • Food truck businesses: Follow the steps to tell organizers you want to participate, and complete required paperwork for the City of Augusta.
  • Farmers: Follow the steps to join City of Augusta’s, Augusta Civic Center, direct vendor list.

Food Truck Form

Maine food trucks can join the Ag Trades Show to showcase local food and drinks. The form also connects Real Maine farms with food trucks.

Steps to take:

  1. Complete required paperwork: City of Augusta food truck permit form.
  2. Submit (or re-submit to update) your Real Maine food truck form by Nov. 1

Distribute Your Farm Products

How does the Augusta Civic Center source Maine products?

  • The venue has accounts with PFG, Native Maine, and farms that are set up to directly distribute and deliver products and ingredients. 
  • Becoming a distributor lets Civic Center customers consider products for catered food and drinks at events, such as the Ag Trades Show. 

Follow three steps to add your farm to the Augusta Civic Center’s list:

  1. Create a price list – include products, price, contact info, seasonality
  2. Complete a W-9 
  3. Contact the Augusta Civic Center by Nov. 1 to start a conversation. 
  • IMPORTANT! Use use a secure way, like encrypted email, fax, or mail to send a completed W-9.
